Razvoj lokalne zajednice, promocija demokratije i civilnog društva, podrška mladima i pomoć ugroženim grupama, novi mediji
Osnovana od grupe mladih ljudi, entuzijasta, koji su bili nezadovoljni svojim položajem u društvu, situacijom u svom okruženju i celokupnim stanjem u državi, ali spremni da se uhvate u koštac sa problemima i krenuli su da stvaraju bolju budućnost;
Tokom 15 godina rada FORCA je izrasla u ozbiljnu organizaciju, koja sada predstavlja jednu od okosnica trećeg sektora u Zapadnoj Srbiji;
Organizacija sada broji sedamnaest članova, osam stalno angažovanih saradnika i veliki broj povremenih saradnika i volontera.
U skladu sa misijom organizacije FORCA ima tri pravca delovanja i to:
- Razvoj civilnog društva – kao osnov za razvoj i unapređenje svih segmenata društva;
- Razvoj ekologije i ekološke svesti u lokalnoj zajednici;
- Humanitarni i socijalni programi – neophodni u narednom periodu za prevazilaženje teške socijalne situacije u kojoj se nalazimo.

-Community development, promotion of democracy and civil society, youth support and assistance to vulnerable groups.
-Founded by a group of young people, enthusiasts, who were dissatisfied with their position in society, the situation in their environment and the overall state of the country, but ready to tackle the problems and started to create a better future.
-During the fiveteen years, FORCA has grown into a serious organization, which now represents one of the backbone of the third sector in western Serbia;
The organization now has seventeen members, eight permanent staff and hired a large number of temporary staff and volunteers.
-In accordance with the mission of the organization FORCA has four courses of action as follows:
* Development of civil society - as the basis for the development and enhancement of all segments of society;
* The development of ecology and environmental awareness in the community;
* Humanitarian and Social Programs - necessary in the future to overcome the difficult social situation in which we find ourselves.
* Promotion of new media.
